Project Summary
While in the mist of an expansion & renovation project, the general contractor went bankrupt; FasTrack was called upon to perform a construction status analysis to prepare litigation and outline a completion scenario. The property, which included 210 new rooms, 2 restaurants, 3 bars and an 8,000 sqft casino was subsequently completed by the Owner.

FasTrack Scope of Work
- Forensic analysis of past construction activities
- Formation of an owner-owned general contracting company
- Management of the contracting entity, including staffing
- Selection of all specialty trades and sub-contractors.
FasTrack provided a total project control package that included contract management, quality control and quantity surveying work as well as construction cash flow monitoring. Through a hands-on site management approach, FasTrack was able to complete the project in budget and ahead of schedule.
FasTrack also coordinated all procurement activities for the systems and the FF&E packages.
