- Coordination of a multi-national design team
- Identification of specialty sub-contractor
- Daily construction management duties
- Assistance with concession contract negotiations
- Facilitating local code enforcement and permitting requirements
- Coordination with resort operator
- Monitoring of construction cash flow and project budget.
FasTrack provided a comprehensive project control package, including ownership representation, project management, QC / QS activities. The works were done under an owner construction management approach. In addition, FasTrack identified and coordinated the procurement of critical construction materials and finishes to achieve savings over original budgets.
The Project was completed on time and in budget.
