Once you enter your project’ data base and depending upon your level of authorization, you will have access to and be able to review and download the following:

• Latest site digital photographs, generally no older than 48 hours

• Listing of open RFIs, COR’s, RFPs, POs, and all other project-related documentation and their status

• Daily Report as provided by the general contractor for the day before

• Minutes of last weeks’ Site Progress Meeting as compiled by the Site Manager 

• Monthly Status Report as assembled by the Owner Representative

• Up-to-date Project Directory contacts list

• Any other document that has been authorized for posting
