Project Summary
This 48,000 sqft facility was purpose-built in suburban Houston to house the technical services training, laboratories and research facilities of a major oil company.
Additionally, an exterior area was finished and secured to store field equipments.
Particularities of this facility included a state-of-the-art communications system to link up with most district and field operations offices around the
globe.
