Project Summary
This 85-room high-end luxury retreat (a member of the Small Luxury Hotels of the
World group) was substantially damaged by a hurricane; additionally, a partial renovation was in limbo due the ineffectiveness of the previous construction
manager.

- Re-energize the renovation works by locating and contracting new sub-contractors and providing close scrutiny and controls on the design team.
- Identify the scope of damages from the hurricane, prepare documentation for insurance claim and obtain estimate repairs.
- Provide site management personnel.
- Procurement assistance.
FasTrack provided a comprehensive project control package, including ownership representation, project and contract management through a local wholly owned subsidiary; dedicated FasTrack staff was specifically selected for their linguistic background as French language is prevalent in Saint Martin.
