Project Summary
This 12,000 sqft ocean front estate consisting of several buildings was totally renovated, updated and expanded to satisfy the requirement of its new owner; this resulted in an 8-bedroom, 10 bathrooms mansion with four car garage, game room, multi-media room and elaborate water features.
The exterior package included imported plant material, extensive hardscape and an infinity edge multi level
pool.

- Complete control of all aspects of the project, from design execution and coordination to contractors’ selection.
- Budget accountability.
FasTrack provided a full time on-site superintendent to control the works while our home office handled all administrative and engineering support
functions.
FasTrack acted as the purchasing agent for the Owner’s FF&E supplies.
The Project was completed in budget.
